Buying an apartment at Majestic Hills

Hello,

I'm interested in buying an apartment at Majestic Hills which is currently on the market. I have been in contact with a real estate agency in charge of the sale which has answered several of my questions. However, the agency could not, or would not, confirm as to whether or not there are arrears for the payment of community or communal charges.  Would somebody know a contact (telephone number or email address) within the community of owners where I could obtain some general information and information specific to the property concerned? Ensure ALL legal due diligence is followed by a trusted INDEPENDENT legal conveyancer as there appears some suggestion of developer negligence re ground conditions back in 2019...

Be extremely careful if transparency re current outstanding debts is not forthcoming as you suggest Robert.

In the past there have been many concerns expressed re Banks not paying their community fees on repossessed properties, plus owners with outstanding debts, thus compromising the whole community of owners left to deal with such consequences, hence legal due diligence re debt certification ( at individual and whole community levels) is essential when purchasing in Spain.
