TONIGHT .. C4 A PLACE IN THE SUN, HOME OR AWAY ..LONDON / MARBELLA

    Hello La Aparecida owners / purchasers, I have to apologise for only now I realised I entered / looked into the "Eyeonspain" website after a flyer I got and I posted a message on 11 June and forgot all about it being honest!  I noticed that there have been Mike & Chris, Steve & Diane, David & Sheila, ALan & Glen, Nigel & Joanne on posting messages so please accept my apologies.  Its just I forgot about it and I use my own e-mail address; stonehaven@compuserve.com so just thought if people want to exchange e-mails as a circular then its's maybe easier that way.

Another point to note if you say something on the "eyeonspain" site you do realise that the builder and developer can read your messages, because basically they all know about the "Eyeonspain" site and watch out who is saying what.  It's OK "Activa" and "Aguilar Ortie SL"; if you are reading this you get a positive thumbs up from me; as I am delighted with your value for money 2 bed penthouse you sold to me.

Someone mentioned about insurance and it is normal for a community complex to have the buildings insurance cover in the community, and then each owner does his onw contents.  This should be checked through because an apartment complex in Playa went up in smoke and owners thought they were covered by community but the Administrator had not renewed and pocketed the money set aside in the complex fees!

I have not met or attended the 1st AGM in late August at La Aparecida Phase I but Owen and Betty in No. 8 - Garden level were present and involved, as I gave my paper vote to Owen.  Anyway back to do some work in office in Stonehaven, Aberdeen and then Tenerife tomorrow to fix-up a 1 bed Ocean Park apartment.
