The water problem was not even flagged up to amex when i went to see them last week, a nice girl there told me they knew nothing about it!! as for the drains not had much of a problem but this happens a lot in the summer when the water that normally sits in them drys up and stinks. not some thing that the builder will be interested in as they arre not even interested in the water problem according to the woman in the site office!
