hi, i have a apartment casadas and have herd on the jungle drums that all workers have left site due to money problems and there is no lecky or water execpt for the first blocks that were compleated. we have had no end of problems which are still on going and i only hope your delveloper is not the same type of crook as ours. I for one will never buy off plan again, MY ADVICE IS BUY IN A DEVELOPMENT WHICH HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR ABOUT 10 YRS SO ALL THE FAULTS ARE SORTED BY THE TIME YOU BUY. AND LETS FACE IT BUYING OFF PLAN IS NOT THE GET RICE SCHEME WE WERE ALL LEAD TO BELIVE,IS IT?.
