20% CGT refund on properties sold between 2004-2008

Hello everyone, my first post so apologies if this has been covered before

Just about to complete on a Baranda on phase 2 (flying out later today in fact to complete tomorrow)

What "community charges" should I expect. What are they on phase 1 for example?. Are they different depending on type of property.

We intend to rent our property through Roda and so are going for their furntire pack. Are we mad?!

Anyone using Roda rentals yet?

I did a complete report on the AGM for Phase 1 which was in March.

It really does apply to Phase 1, but suspect Phase 2 will be similar.  The report is on this forum or you can pm me and I will send you as much information as I have.
