Hi,  just joined today, have been looking to buy on roda, been to development twice now, can anyone give some advice on whether they think this is a good place to buy and opinions of roda generally, good and bad.  san

Hi Steve and San , if you read through the numerous threads, you can read all the positives that people have posted and there are many , and they far outway the negatives. This venture i do not believe is for the short term speculators. I for one feel it will take off once fully completed and Devere start marketing there interest.
