Buying off plan through Medsea major problems

Hi,

I received correspondance from my agent this morning suggesting that they do not think the property will be completed on schedule (ie Dec 2006).

So I have emailed the site office. Jorge has responded - "The completion of your property is expected to be on the week from the 15th to the 20th of January, but we will contact you and your agent to confirm this. That is still not a fix date, so we will tell you when you could come and sign the deeds."

I am guessing that this slipage will apply to all the semis. Does anyone else have any further info?

We were over there last weekend 5th - 8th October and spoke to the people on site.

They are anticipating to be signing contracts between 15th and 24th January.

Again this was not a fixed date so there could still be further slippage.
