Yes we've heard this one before but it does now really appear the paperwork should be issued very shortly so be prepared.

I am still in daily correspondance with OVP and the Developers via my solicitor in Spain as some, I consider, very important points remain unresolved and as such I will not complete what ever pressure is borne upon me until these issues are resolved.

If you are buying here it would be helpful to know of any points you require answers to. I would be happy to speak as the single voice of the masses if you so wish and we can make a stand collectively not to complete until we are all happy.

By the way the recent posting regarding the requirement to have a tourism license for property intended to be let as a holiday home does not affect us in Estepona.

Trying to locate all purchasers at del Coral Portal at Estepona as after 5 years we have no property and no sign of completion as OVP and the developer are in dispute

After e-mailing Stuart Jones he says to go ahead and sue the developer !
