Apparently banks were having difficulty gaining access to Samos for valuations - now at least one bank has had the go-ahead! I wonder does this tie in with the granting of the license??

just had confirmation and also i have just wrung the duquesagoldenmile to confirm. now they have confirmed that they have got the licence for samos.as my flat is in samos block. i assume they would have also got the licence for khios the one in front.  plz if anyone knows decent furniture company plz advise.. i have seen www.imperialspain.com and furniture looks good but bit on expensive side. plz share ur views etc.. and congratulations from me to all of u who have been waitin and waitin for the complex to be completed at long last. and the gaining of the licence.

Is anyone else concerned that if we move in to Khios and Samos blocks we might be asked to pay the community charges for the whole of Phase I?  I have read that this can happen and the charges can be very high.
