Hello, I noticed your email and was interested.  You seem to be  a little further along the road than I am, I have not yet completed my purchase at Playa Golf III

but have been approached by Bridge Homes advertising their services to me upon completion, which I am considering.  I would really appreciate hearing what sort of difficulties you have experienced, and whether or not you would recommend them?

From personal experience? I would be very wary of using Bridge Holmes.  They have not done very well for me in a number of areas - I won't go into detail as it's probably not ethical but if you want to talk to me privately about that, then that is fine

There are so many property management companies - I would steer clear if I was you

I would avoid using this company as they certainly have not serviced a number of our friends and they have failed to come up with rentals

I understand that Inside Track no longer use them and have moved to a rental company in Cartagena

The most successfull way to rent a property is still privatley through friends and family plus sites like Daltons Weekly

If you use any property management comonay first find out if they are legal, insured and trading as a business in Spain as if they are not you can have all sorts of problems

As previously mentioned, I have had 18 months worth of problems with Bridge Holmes.  I was at the point where I didn't know who to trust to look after my property, but know how important it is to have someone on the ground out there to sort out not only the changeovers that are all scheduled problems,. but the little ongoing problems, like a rental threatening to leave because the air cons not working and your management co can't get anyone out to see them etc

There are a lot of management companies out there but there are also an awful lot of properties out there that need lookng after and we are all viing for their time.

My attitude has always been that, together we are stronger - there is no I in team

So, I am setting up a company completely dedicated to Playa Golf.  All of the company's advertising and website will promote the area and the resort itself.  The only property advertised will be Playa Golf property.  The company will arrange changeovers and key holding services aswell.  The company will be fully insured and licensed as necessary.

In order for me to take this project forward, I need to know whether there would be enough owners interested in the possibility of using a Playa Golf dedicated company - could anyone interested in being updated of my progress please PM me their interest so that I can gauge whether it is a project that would have value within the Playa Golf community
