Menopausal ?

We would like to share some photos which we took in May.  Most of the shots have been taken from the solarium of No. 42 which is the property we have purchased.  The views are stunning. We originally reserved plot 36 because 42 had been taken but  it later became available on our trip.  Ian may be interested in this as we have a couple of photos which have been taken from the front of his property.

We cant wait for completion on the our new home as we are all so excited.  We look forward to hearing from and meeting our new neighbours.  From Sonia and Chris

Good afternoon Chris,

nice to meet another buyer. When I first visited the Mirador site I was having a good wander around with the site agent and Steve from Pure Properties, and immediately felt that this was the right new build for us to purchase, everything about the area is just what we were looking for.

I must admit no.40 was my first choice until I was told it was sold, as was 38. I had no hesitation going for 36 with its great views, we're looking forward to seeing the sun set with full glass in hand.

We have copied your idea in the kitchen, if it was yours, and had the wall under the stairs removed, making space for a worktop and extra cabinets, makes the kitchen more airy. I have also asked the builder to incorporate the washing machine and extra cabinets in the lobby to the solarium, making use of the space as a utility room, I will also fit in a fridge for some refreshments, save walking up and down the stairs.

I've checked your photos, plenty of blue sky on most construction photos, good to see. Like everyone else looking forward to seeing the next batch of photos showing the current state of construction.
