I'm going to try this again as it was deleted last time, everyone else seems to be having their say and surely this forum should be used to share information and experiences we have had with services and businesses (both good and bad). We use Calida International and have found them to be very professional and helpful, they are very committed to promoting Roda and we hope this will pay dividends for us in the future. Paul Baxter is extremely knowledgeable about the area and as Nick said in an earlier posting, nothing is too much trouble for him.

The last time I checked pm"ing" people who hadn't requested I do so was considered bad "netiqette". I was asked in a publc forum to provide a link which I did. I fail to understand why it was edited. Oh well.

We met Mike and Linda, just by chance, on a recent visit to Roda to check on the progress of our Phase 3B apartment. They have been very helpful in keeping us up to date on progress since, sending us photos etc. of our apartment block.

Hi , we have an apartment next to maggie and dennis who run roda fm. They have already done a lot of work for us in our apartment , hanging pictures, installing washing machines and fitting shelves, The workmanship is excellent and prices very fair. We have someone else looking after our apartment, who we had before meeting maggie and dennis, so they do not look after ours for us,But i would have no hesitation as recomending them to anyone. They are lovely honest people who go the extra mile.,nothing is a problem, maggie even weeded my all my plants, while there hanging pictures!!! and e mailed me photos of my new pergola. In a nutshell they just don't satisfy, they delight their customers.

Rodafm are our management/key holders, & are terrific! Nothing is too much trouble, they are reliable, honest & priced fairly. Importantly, they are based on Roda, so understand the associated problems! We wouldn't hesitate to suggest you give them a whirl.

We use Calida International, they look after our property, hold the keys, meet and greet clients, arrange cleaning and laundry. They are brilliant. They have sorted out a number of problems for us and we are kept well informed of everything that is going on.
Highly recommend the whole team on everything they do.

Hi Joe,
I too have a penthouse on phase 1 and am using Simply Key Holders, run by Linda and Mike Butler. They are always around and understand the requirements of renters. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I always get excellent feedback from clients which is really important. You'll find their details, along with other recommendations further down this thread.

Just like to add our bit regarding Calida properties, we have only been with them a few weeks and I was going to leave this a bit longer but they have already been very helpful and professional in their service and I feel confident that they will continue to be like this.
The few guests we have had up to now have all commented on what a good friendly and helpful service they provided.

As I said in a previous post, I cannot rate them highly enough. For those of you that have clients staying in your appartments with payments being paid locally to Calida, all I can say is that the monies are sent to your account swiftly, NO MANIANA ATTITUDE from Paul Baxter and his team. They bent ove backwards when I had a lack of water in the appartment keeping me updated all the time. Also, Paul visited my appartment when the washing machine had a problem and rather than call someone out he rolled his sleeves up and took the waste appart and cleared the blockage, no charge, nada!! What more can I say.

We have had a number of bookings for our apartment and every one of them have said how nice and helpful Paul Baxter is. He cannot do enough for them. Let's hope he's not head-hunted by some other company. Stuart look after him!!!!! Paul has also been sorting out a problem with a/c, keeping us posted along the way. It's a pity Roda themselves didn't take a leaf out of Calida's book.

just to follow up on advice given to me ny 'sheel' and 'celtic'. I went with rodafm and they have been brilliant during my completion process.
Its great to see Roda Golf has some good management company options.
