We are the owners of 42b Avenida Comunidad Valenciana, Formentera, which used to be known as 5b, Viviendas32, Palacios Mar (whilst we were buying it). It is in the yellow block, facing the proposed football/tennis pitches, and the cemetario.
We are trying to compile a list of owners, so that we can have a Yahoo Usergroup, or similar communication facility, to enable us all to have the same information, and be able to have online meetings/voting.
We are currently not pleased with the Administrator appointed by the builder (Palacios Mar Group), and the proposed community charges.

Of 32 owners, we know only 7 at this time.
