I have noticed that things have gone very quiet, what with the summer recess and the impending decision with regard to the building licence. If anyone is planning a trip to the site, then please post your comments up here.

A  note to  new users. Most of us on here have been there and done that and have the tee shirt bla bla. I for one don't welcome posters trying to use this forum as a means to undermind the TH development. It cannot be stressed enough that the Spanish way of doing business, is not necessarily our way and a lot of patience is required, There is little point coming on here to vent your anger against Groupo Trampolin. This forum is for purchasers, not for sellers. May I suggest that if you have any grievance with GT, then why not contact them directly with your comments and leave this board to the purpose it was set up for!

Royal Dreams:

A little information that may or may not benefit you! Grupo trampolin/El Trampolin are building another 600 Macarenas. This site is between Abanilla and Pinoso still in the Murcia region.Called Villa en Barinas (prices from €168.00)

This may explain why they are building 4 model show homes at Royal Dreams when most of the properties are sold! I have a Macarena on the first phase and the completion date is still 36 months from the date of signing the contracts (i.e. March 2010) I have been told that this has not changed. There maybe 4 show homes going up,but there is still no road, utilities services such as water/sewage.  I am sure that this will come when all the permission are given.

Trampolin Hills

On the 10th september I was informed that there was a snag list (approx 30 issues)  that the councils needed satisfying. I believe that the architect had a meeting with the council on the 13th september. How this went; no idea. Too busy trying to catch a few rays of sunshine.

Believe this or believe it not. A Grupo Trampolin rep did say that the first phase at Trampolin Hill will be completed in 10 months time. I'm doubtful, but I'll keep my fingers crossed. Back out again for Christmas. Promise to keep you informed of rumours and speculation!

Do you recall if it was the local Campos del Rio Council or the Murcia Regional Government, who wanted the snagging issues resolved?

Another question, is this new development not up in Alicante rather than Murcia, or is there another planned for Alicante? I ask this because I received an e-mail from the Company a few days ago advertising a new development of Macarena's for the price you suggested, but they were close to Alicante!

Anyone can post what they want as long as they do not break Justin’s rules.

Joe1 is a very satisfied customer but they are others who are not happy to have to wait 5 + years to get a property that they were told 24 months at the time of the sale. 

New or old posters we are all buyers of Trampolin Hills Development.  The forum is about sharing experiences bad and good ones about Trampolin Hills, so please let us express ours opinion freely just as you express yours without anyone attacking you.

So Joe1 you may have to put up with us until the development is completed.

The idea of a forum is to discuss current issues, that they are good or bad issues is irrelevant.

I would suggest that this is a good thing.

How will buyers find out if there are problems if the developer doesn't tell them or other purchasers can't share information?

If people only want to hear positive information, maybe they should go to the many property shows that are on every weekend and talk only to 'tunnel vision' sales people?

just a JOKE

any way the groundworks will take ages  especially on the flats as they have all got underground carparks. That is why you do not see much at this end of the site cos thay are all underground.

I was out a couple of weeks ago and it is all happening I was asked to pick my tiles and kitchen units etc.

I was also in the trampolin furniture store and i honestly believe that things are going well.
