Hello to all. Just thought I'd let you know that we have been informed that they will be changing ALL the locks at Sotogrande (If in the rental prgramme) this week! Had we not phoned OV regarding another issue, we may not have been informed of this update. Cannot believe they are taking liberties in this way - after all we had not given them permission to even enter our property, let alone start changing the locks!!!!!!
We completed on the property in May and we are STILL waiting to sign a rental agreement with OVP Travel - why the delay??? Are they too busy renting the footballer's apartments who are marketing on websites such as holidaysin360.com??!!!!!!???????
There are still a number of outstanding issues with the developer and the community of owners at Sotogrande (Has anybody out there met the wicked witch of the East down at the community of owners in Soto yet???!!!)
As for OVP's promise of offering a "turn key solution" when we bought the property, they really don't want to know now or help with any of these issues.
Can I ask, has anybody been given a pool key yet for Soto, or has anybody joined the rental programme yet?? Would love to hear from any fellow Soto buyers.
By the way, devastated for you guys who bought on Manilva - agree that we should all get together and do something.....
