What happens when the developer declares itself as bankrupt?

Sorry for not making an appearance sooner, I`ve had a nasty PC virus which has only just got properly sorted.

Well... my recent visit was a real eye opener, the site looks great, the surrounding area seems to be completed to a good standard & build quality also seems excellent, Stella & I loved the place even more than we did before, life in the bars, good food....& I never thought I`d derive so much pleasure having a few beers overlooking a dusty building site.

As to the compo letter....as I have said before I will need a letter from everybody wishing to lodge a complaint, please include your personal details, plot number, when you paid the deposit ,the `promised` date of completion & anything else that may be relevent.

I`ll then send them off with a covering letter, it may also be worth sending a copy to your own solicitors also, just for the record.

I took a load of photos but Richards really show everything mine do, apart from Stella & I in the bars!!

Ok...due to popular demand....(well at least one) I have uploaded a couple of pics of Stella & me in the Ice cream bar opposite CDP
( me looking a bit groggy due to several large fernabrancas` ) & a couple in Aguillas Town.

It would be nice to see a few other mug shots so we can recognise each other when in Terreros...come on don`t be shy!!

BTW I will be sending off a letter with the emails received to date at the weekend so please, if you do want to be included email me ASAP.

Well done Roger, My pic will soon follow. I think we should have a members picture gallery so as not to get them mixed in with the site construction pics.
