Anyone fancy meeting up Fri 17th Oct

Does anyone know anything else about the new marina that has just been given permission?  I think in the long run it should help the letting and the value

 Will it be right in front of that view we have just bought and how long will the work take. 

The new Marina will be just in front of the sign which reads Torrox on the mound at the bottom of Tomango Hill. As you  leave Nerja in the direction of Torrox it is on the Torrox and Nerja border www.blogcatalog.com this link will show an ariel photo of the proposed Marina.It will be on the left hand side of the Calaceite development as you look out to sea hope this helps! The Marina should be started in 2008 and should hopefully be finished in 2010, What block are you in? We are in 5.

I was in torrox this week and they now say that the golf course will not be finished until 2010, not great for rental.

I am in block 3 over looking the pool. The view is great there now over the show flat and a big sea view.  Block 5 will get a great view of the marina when it is done.
