Long Term Rental Property Required - Costa Calida/Blanca/Mar Menor area

Hi All,

Were going back out again in in a couple of weeks and cant wait to get back round the development.  Helder told me that the gardens in the centre of the first phase will be finished by the end of nov so we should get to see it in actiuon.

Will see if we can get on the site that is closed off.  Good to hear that there are some nice neighbours there already.(the place to be post)

Colin and I have a penthouse facing the gardens and when we were out there last month we were told that the area is being cleared so they can start landscaping it. Please, please let me know when you get back from your visit if this has been done. We are going out again early January and it will be lovely to turn up and find it all finished. Fingers crossed.
