When snagging ask if electrcity and water system is approwed. Tension and pressure test. Bring a small lamp so you can test the sockets. There are not any lamps in the house so be careful with the uninsulated leads hanging down!

There have been a huge problem with leaking pipes in shower room and bathroom, specially in newly moved in houses specially in the block 34 to 53. There is no drain in the floor so everything will be soked. In qatros, the main valve is under the boiler. In some houses you ned to take off a lid and use a screwdriver. Always close the walve if you leave the house for several days. The main walve does not effect eregation system if it is done right.

Ask if you will be able to approve if snags are fixed and when.
