We are looking to buy at Green Valley (Or Golf Valley as it is now being marketed) and would appreciate any info on Community Charges, what it's like to live there etc.

Also, do you know of anyone wishing to sell one of the 2 beds and how much they are selling for.

We have a two bed at green Valley which is fully furnished to a high standard which we wish to sell.

we have been renting it out for the last six months and the contract is coming to an end in January  

The tenants love the complex and could not praise enough

Community fee is  currently around 200 euros a month but is currently under review to reduce.
