Just ensure that you have concrete proof that
1 - your maintenance charge will never increase and if so it is in line with the banks base rate.
2 - Have confirmation that all outside areas will be maintained and any parties not willing to contribute to their upkeep will not affect continued maintenance of the whole development.
If you can have this information verified by a Solicitor then go ahead,
I ask because I know that the maintenance charge will be increased year, you have been told.
