We found out from this and other sites several weeks ago that the apartment we purchased on Phase 3 of Terazzas is not longer being built.  Polaris confirmed this is true (it would of been nice if they had told us themselves) and offered us alternative apartments but they refused to tell us what monies we will receive back if we choose not to go ahead.  Without this information it is not possible to make an informed judgement as to what is best to do financially.

Has anyone else managed to obtain this information from Polaris or have you been in our position where Polaris have broken the purchase agreement and have provided you with a refund?  If you have we would be grateful to hear from you.

You should get all your money back as you have not broken contract. Contact your agent or solicitor and they should advise you. Polaris World were offering disounts (5 - 10 %) on other properties for those prepared to exchange.
