electricity supply

We have bought an apartment in block 3 which we viewed in May and August. The apartment is ok. A little Basic. Beginning of December we had a call from the builder to say they had the First Occupation License . Aifos were keen to complete but we took advice from our lawyer and they are now collating all the paperwork. Since then we have heard nothing.

Has anyone else completed on this development?

We completed almost 2 years ago and I recommend that you arm yourselves with patience. Deal only through your lawyer and keep constantly informed. Spain is great but in the province of Andalucia they are way behinde when it comes to business and paperwork, god help us. I still don't know our street name!!
