AFTHER THE LAST MEETING IN    8-1-08 AS THEY PROMISED  THE TOWN HALL DEFINITELY CANCELLED AND HAS FORBIDEN THE LAST LICENSE TO START THE BUILDING, ABOUT IN 6 MONTHS THIS NOTICE WILL APPEAR IN THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER OF MURCIA. tHE WORKERS HAVE BEEN TRANSLATE TO pOLARIS WORLD PROJECT NOW WITH CORRECT LICENCE. tHIS SENTENCE IS NOT APELABLE SO THEY ARE MEETING NOW TO DECIDE HOW THEY WILL GO AHEAD WITH THE MONEY RECEIVED FROM THE BUYERS. fOR THAT REASON THE WEBCAM DOESN T WORK.

I have just come back from seeing  my agent who has told me that building work started last week.  He was told this by Antonio from TH.

He was also told that phase 1 keys would be ready in June 2008.  He is going to have a meeting with Antonio this week and will take photos.  I am going back to see him next monday to find out what is happening and will post an update when I get back.

I have just received an email from our solicitor which said that buiding work is iminent and that the builders have informed him that the properties should be ready by the summer.  He was a little sceptical and has promised to keep me informed.

Cathy i asked said agent to do this for me some months ago , which he agreed to do and have had no reply from him since.

lets hope he can bring you proof of progress so that we can all be a little more at ease about our investment.

I have just spoken with Maria at Trampolin Hills (10.30am 15/1/08) she has assured me that the final licence was approved this morning and building work will start in two weeks

It would be interesting that somebody of Trampolin puts a document or some opinion in this forum because this sounds crazy people from town Hall said exactely the oposite vertion and said that people of Trampolin will continue lying until July.

...I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING FROM MY AGENT ...

.....Had a call on Friday afternoon from Trampolin. Apparently as far as the mayor of Campos del Rio is concerned the construction can begin in two weeks time. However Murcia Regional government say different, they want Trampolin to present everything to them once again so they can review the project, although the town hall won´t give a date as to when all the necessary people will sit down and review it. This news is the latest we have, and as of Friday Trampolin were looking into the legalities of how they can challenge this and the best way forward.

we have received e-mail confirmation this afternoon from our trampolin rep that following further meetings/discussions between trampolin and political groups that building work will commence in 4 weeks time.

Please read the last two mails about María, Jesus and the agent ofRoughdiamond  this is incedible , one said that this morning confirm that today the licence is aprproved and start in two weeks  and the other is absolutely different. My friend that woks on the town hall said that all is finish decided, nothing more to talk.

i really think spanish sellers think that british is the last possible market and as you are in a idfferent country and lows they can permit do so.

If you are in contact with serious loyers please do something dont trust in spanixh sellers.

I spoke to Martha today and she told me 4 weeks from now they will start building.

As my good lady says  when we  see it we will believe it.!!!

I am going over on the 25th so I will go and see for myself what is happening and I will let you all know.

Hi all, having read the translated version of the TH announcement they only seem to be saying that they have reached an agreement they are not saying that the final licence is in place, it does not seem, but they are saying that building work is to commence in two weeks time ,I'm going to see them three weeks on friday so will know,just wondering also if everyone writing on this thread is ACTUALLY BUYING on TH if you know where I'm coming from!!!!!  Has this crossed anyone else's mind just once or twice.

Well hopefully this is good news. not sure which plot the adann poster is talking about, royal dream or another one has a castle or another historical bldg on top of the hill so question mark over planning. This is TH plot. My block is 14 on the 2nd floor and I still have my fingers (and toes) crossed!

Thanks for everyone posting on here. Dont know what I would do without the ongoing news.

I know lots of developments start building work without all the permits which are then approved afterwards. We also do it here in the UK. Unless there is a huge question mark over historical buildings etc then I can't see a problem.
