i certainly am: plot 169 they say my house is the 1st to be built on phase 1. and my apartment is in block 5 on phase 1.

hi everybody,
colly rough diamond dave diane all of you you are truly wonderful people reach high here, i can only thank you sooo much for all your latest information this has really cheered me up I was about to throw in the towel I thought I could see everything going belly up but thanks to you guys im going to keep reaching high. We have a villa on phase one numbers cha nged but i think its 126 now and was 137 before all the alterations. I also made an investment on an aprtment phase 1 block 1 2nd floor been a long time i think i may reach reirement before the investment does. Anyway once again im sure there are many people out there that want to thank you all especially me. The one good thing mu spainish lessons amy pay off by the time our house is completed. Hopefully come the summer we can all meet up one hell of a party hey. IF I RECIEVE ANY INFO from my solicitor i will let everyone know heres keeping the faith, hey where is he anyway havent heard for a while

Hi everyone
we too wish to thank everyone for their comments but would like to ask adannn if they would be prepaid to provide us with a contact e mail or phone number of the department in the town hall (either campos del rio or Murcia) who have refused permission for the project of Trampolin Hills golf resort, as you put it definately not to go ahead.
These are strong words and as we have all invested considerable amounts of money in this project we would like to find out for ourselves where we stand..
Adannn if you want to reply by private message I will relay any respone I receive to everyone on the forum

Thanks to everyone for all their updates, hopefully we will find out definite information over the next couple of weeks as this has been going on for far too long now and needs to be resolved asap.
As far as we know our plot no. is 33, although it may have changed and we've not been told. Hope to meet you all soon in our villas/apartments.

This is a from La verdad.es ( the truth) website about the meeting yesterday. My interpretation is that there are a couple of documents to be resubmitted and support of the local PP (Peoples Party) is still required. The question I want to know is when will these documents be submitted and when is the next meeting that can sanction the building works

The shadows that are hanging on the draft Trampolin Hills in the town seem clarified. Yesterday, the Ministry of Public Works, Housing and Transport, the general director of Urbanism, Antonio Navarro Corchón, met with the owner of the firm, Antonio Martinez and the mayor, Miguel Navarro.
The meeting, which was attended by about 15 people, were also lawyers for the promoter and technicians of the Council of Urban Development, headed by the delegate councillor. Navarro Corchón also wanted to be present representatives of some of the more than 2,500 home buyers in the future development, half a hundred of which-together with employees of the firm-focused from the first hour in front of the headquarters of the counseling Square Santoña.
The main objective of the meeting was to inform all parties of the status of processing the reclassification of the subsidiary rules of the municipality that finally allow the construction of the complex, which will be in addition to the 2,700 households with two hotels and a golf course.

The spokesman of the Partido Popular Field River, Miguel Buendía, reported today in a press release that he had received pressure from clients assumptions of a real estate company to vote in favor of a convention town.
He recalled that last Friday received "numerous calls of suspected clients of the property development of Springboard in Campos del Rio to demand explanations for the position of PP, which runs counter to this project and asking to vote in favour of it."
He indicated that was taken up at the headquarters of the PP by about 20 people demanding explanations vote against the project.
Buendía recalled that three years ago this company started a file modification to reclassify as urbanisable some land that they believed they are not and that work began without a licence.
The spokesman for the PP has said that "the only people responsible for this situation are the PSOE and the mayor of River Fields," and commented that the PSOE has absolute majority in the municipality of Rio fields, and thus "may approve this project when they want. "
He cautioned that the project is being investigated by the public prosecutor's office may have been made because facts constituting the offence.
"It's a project that is based on an agreement urban approved with the votes of two Socialist councillors who were obliged to abstain from having a direct interest in it, and thereby breached the law on grounds of abstention from public office," he added.
"It is a project in which they appear documents two years after the adoption of the convention that did not exist in 2005 and whose purpose is none other than to avoid the application of rigorous law on environmental impact assessment approved in 2006," he said.
Together with this, "after 3 years of paperwork contains 3 pages of deficiencies according to a report by the Directorate General of Urban Development on October 9, 2007," he said.

Hi Guys,
Some information received today from our agent which maybe beneficial to you regarding this situation.
The delay in Trampolin hills has been caused by a stupid series of technical errors with the paperwork between builder and Murcia council (According the article from newspaper LA VERDAD from 16th of January which I have a copy of).
Other reason - it was a dispute between 2 political parties (PSOE and PP) but everything seems to be OK now and they should be starting any moment.
Hope this helps and makes things clearer and more positive!!

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if maybe we are giving some people too much information with regards to our properties ie numbers ect. As much as i would like to think that we are all OK people as we know there are some out there that we do not know. Please accept my apologise if you feel I have spoken out or turn, however is great to know that there are specific buyers on this site but maybe we should just mention that we have bought and not the plot numbers etc. It could be a safe guard for the future as well as and when they start building. I must be honest i have already difulged [not sure about that spellingt] my information. Any thought??.

This will be my last reply because im a very honest people and have enough trouble to spend more time in this forum. I really think that al the distance without offend you british people are being very innocent . I dont know what will happened but i dont lie you can read the newspaper la verdad in laverdad.es read teh notice of today 17 pp cierra la puerta para levantar 2700 casa en Trampolin Hills please found someone that translate this to you maybe it change or they t¡really start whithout license and finally win. i dont know all is so confused because is true on 16-1-08 say that all ok in two weeks but today 2 day after the opposite. Most of the proyects are like this in Spain but be very careful and im not a seller prom another company y am an honest buyer that had the information that is now in the newspaper . You have more profesionals as loyers but i repeat i had no mal intention whith this dramatic title. I rally want to have my hosuse and my momey is there.

I was thinking of starting a new thread to tell you this but have continued on the same one so the last few replies can be read , Anyway today I,ve been searching the web as you do !! for anything Trampolin Hills related and have stumbled upon what looks like another site for buyers of TH except they all seem to be spanish giving their home locations in spain as we have in the uk,you have to translate them to english and its not always perfectly translated but you can get the gist of it,they are saying that they have actually been to the council meetings and that building is about to start, infact they talk about lots of things its worth a look, I,ll try and post the link to it below you may need to be looking on google which I was to get it to translate,thats if the link does not go straight to the english version that the link should go to,their last post was only today www.inverforo.com/foro/vivienda/2208-resort-trampolin-hills.html copy and paste this to your web browser Ive just tried it and it comes up with this web address and next to it it says tanslate this page,anyway happy reading keep the replies coming preferably start a new thread with a new heading.

I've just tried this again and its going straight to the spanish forum try using translate this page on your google task bar.Or search for Grupo Trampolin then when hundreds come up look for the one that has www.inverforo as the web address with translate this page next to it.
Also type this into your browser( photos murcia laverdad.es ) when you eventually get this site up you see small photos on the right hand side of the page then choose page 3 of 9 and a picture or the TH owner appears click on him and you see him and the protesters photos outside the council which are workers of TH and house purchasers.

Well done those of you who have managed to look at those sites I put on ,I shall be checking the spanish forum each day as well,as some of them live in Murcia and are able to give an accurate up date,there also as keen as we are to see this development start to come out of the ground.
