I wondered where he (adannn) had posted his previous comments as he has 27 posts, after researching found he was scaremongering on another development 2 years ago!! Jardines de la Torre Golf Resort (polaris world) - incidentally which also had a few problems (to do with planning/permits etc) but is up and running smoothly now!! What a coward!

what a wonderful lot you are,we are so lucky to have such a strong selection of people who are all only interested in EVERYBODYS dreanm not just their own, havent been able to add much myself recently but i appreciate all the rset of you are doing.  Once TH is finally built/finished/being built it will be great knowing that ALL OF US will look-out for each other.

 Ivor from Optimum (if you are from the Widnes area you will know who I am talking about) has recently visited Murcia. As well as conducting his own business out there, he looked into a few things for buyers on TH.

1. Talking to the solicitor that is representing me, all bank guarantees are in place - whether you have received notification or not (as I havn't ).

2. In a meeting with Antonio, Antonio told him that the final licence had been approved and stamped. Building will commence in about 2 weeks. Even though we were told that they would be employing twice as many workers to build TH to make up for lost time, it still takes a few weeks to amass that many builders and get them on site. Some optimists are talking about phase 1 being built by July and Antonio thinks this is too soon. He reckons it will be around October instead.

So, that's it. Looks like work is about to commence - good. As I am on phase 2, I am hoping I could have my villa by Aug/Sept 2009. I have just remortgaged so it will do quite nicely.

Finally, Adannn reckons we British drink too much beer..... well, I don't know about Adannn but when I go to work, I work quite hard physically and metally and a nice beer at the end of the day is a welcome treat. I have taken this villa as a retreat from the day-to-day pressures of modern life and if drinking beer ( maybe to excess every now and then ) around the pool creates the wrong impression of the British worker, then maybe he needs to work a bit harder.

Voy a Murcia manana para unos dias. Estare ver que pasando ahoro.

Just practising for tomorrow I will take the camera and post photographs. Hopefully it should look very different from the web  cam which has been frozen for what  seems like  months.

It sounds good news for all of you we are so pleased, lets just hope our development runs in parallel to yours and we can all enjoy our villas etc.

As for ADANN, choice words, we are so glad you are NOT going to be our neighbour.  Hey listen, we know England has it's idiots, but it looks as though Spain has got a few aswell!!!  Every villiage has an idiot, now which villiage did you say you were from????

received an E-mail from our Trampolin Hills representative today indicating that the phase 1 plots will commence to be marked out tomorrow with an anticipation that building work will start on phase 1 on Friday.

sounds promising!!!
