Iberian International Problems with?

Hi new to the site and would like to know is anyone has been out to the site recently and checked the progress we are going to have a look in the next month and wondered if things were on target?

Would love to hear from anyone that has bought on fase two and what house number?

which development are you purchasing on in san juan

we are on the noravel appartments

running 3 years behind at the moment and coming up against problems with the builder and agents

We are buying one of the apartments (no 14) and are waiting on completion.

We have just been told by our agent that the swimiing pool is going to be "SEMI PUBLIC" and will need a life guard. We were not told anything about this by Noravel (Willy) and are concerned about security and any insurances that may be required as well as paying for the life guard.

Have you heard anything about this? We will be contacting our solicitor to check on our position.

We are planning to go over in June as we are told that completion will be at the end of June and we want to go on holiday there in July!!! Here's hoping!!

If I hear anymore I'll pass it on.
