I read an article the other day that Disney have given the go ahead for a theme park between Estopona and Sotogrande we are virtually in the middle of the two, the article says it has brought renewed interest to the property market around these areas, has anybody else read anything

My selling agent has also heard this story, however, other contacts in the area indicate that this rumour has been circulating for a good few years.

Who knows, if true it could be a great boost to the area?
