Hi everyone

Does anyone have any up to date photos of the development. We are on phase three (108) and are curious to see how much progress the builer have (or haven't )made since our last visit, we have seen a couple of photos from 17 Novemeber but wonder if anyone has anything more recent.  Are the roads in yet and have they started to plant up the gardens?

It would also be good to see how the earlier builds are maturing plus the outstanding work that still need s to be done. The more we highlight the issues hopefully the better our chances of getting things resolved to all our satisfaction.

Inner roundabout cleared could have main road roundabout in some time around April, as you can see commercial area is not going anywhere at present but an interesting rock garden project for a bored gardener !!!!!

Phase 1 gardens maturing and fences are now complete between plots.

ALso photograph of log fir burning ijn our fireplace, works a treat. Got the simple grate with ash can from Brico House good price and solidly made.

Thanks Ian & Carol for the photos, they give us a really good idea of progress made since we were over in September last year. We travel out to take possesion in early March, fingers crossed all will go well. How did the community meeting go?
