More pics of Puerto Mogan. These houses were only built 10 years ago, we looked at prices last year and they were twice as expensive - and not as big as ours. All we need is a Marina - and more select cafes. The coastline of San Juan has more natural beauty. Cheers - see you all in Pepes.

No , its our site, I took photos when we were there in December, the front of the house has solid wooden doors, I will post the photos I took - these were of my husband at the front of the house and in the lounge.

We're going out this week and hope to visit the show house on Thursday or Friday, I know this will then make it feel very real and I will be taking loads of photos of the house and the development as I love to look at them when I'm back in Sheffield, sad I know but it keeps the dream very real.

Hi All
Following thread with interest as we live in the area and know someone who is buying at Calas, plus look after some properties in San Juan. Unforunately, not had much opportunity to go on site and actually view as much building work going on and dont want to waste sales peoples time, when we are not buying
However, can not seem to view photos on the forum, can someone advise me how to do it? I have looked at Stu's as link to his own site, but can not find out how to view them on here.

Hi, you have to log in then you'll see PHOTOS on the toolbar. Just scroll through the dates of photos you want to view. How's the weather across there just now? We are across in freezing cold but bright Scotland.

We've just got back from a visit and I justed wanted to say how pleased I was with the show house. The finish is lovely and the lounge and the main bedroom are both bigger than I had imagined. Having walked around the house I cannot wait to be able to move in, I was imagining all my pictures on the wall, where the pups would play and which of the patio sets would go on the roof terrace. We had a lovely warm day and walked around the old streets and into a couple of the coves, and each time I visit it just gets better.
We've bought on Phase 4, with a completion date in October, but we are moving out in May and will rent until it is ready. Who else is buying with a view to a permanent move out there?
