Has anyone else completed here ?

I just wonder whether any one has completed at Isamar Park yet?

We did so in June, and have been a couple of times to get things sorted out there. the advent of IKEA in Murcia has been a right result !

Still, the build quality we found excellent, and the snagging has been done satisfactorily. Our only moan at the moment is the communal pool is not ready, and almost certainly will not be until next spring. I'd be interested to hear any body else's views.

Well we completed a little after you and as you have said find the standard of building very good and our very happy with our new investment.  Having made previous purchases here in Spain we are used to the fact that the pool and surrounding areas are always the last thing to be completed, but once all is in place think it will be a truly lovely situation  We were ther recently to finish the furnishing and arrange for aircon to be fitted which went really smoothly also.  Like you say Ikea was a great help would never have known it was there but found reference to it on a site called Quesada Life where we also found recommendations of a company to install the aircon Gary of www.polaraircostablanca.com, he came and did a site visit and fitted the same week we were there, very professional Job and good prices  So we returned from our visit very happy and confident that we are going to enjoy our new home.  Hope all goes as well with you and am sure that the pool will be finished by the time you will be able to use it again as it was certainly a little bit chilly for swimming when we were there.
