We bought in Lo Crispin in Aug 2006. Last vist was Aug 2007, disapointed that no shops or bars were open on site, fingers crossed it will happen this year.

speaking as one who is still looking to buy in the the area i think it must happen soon and the first pub or bar to open will do very well.
