If the golf course is going to be laid out in tandem with the construction of phase 1 I`d like to see cam 2 pointing at THAT. Be nice to see a few holes , tees, fairways ect. Now that WILL get me exited again.

Does anyone know if we are going to have a 19th  (sorry clubhouse) or are we gonna have to go back to someones villa for thervezas?

When I signed up for this venture, there was no mention of a 19th hole, but there was mention of a 5 star hotel to be situated at the end of the golf course (near the equestrian centre).  Not heard if the hotel is still going to be built though.  Had heard something about hotels no being as successful as they should be on other golf courses.

Can't wait for it to take shape now.

Yeah I heard that about the hotels not being very popular, ie Mar Manor. The planned 5 star hotel at El Valle has been scrapped.To be honest it would`nt bother me if they scrapped ours. I would rather people rented my villa than stay in the hotel.Got to pay the mortgage somehow !!

There were supposed to be two four star hotels.  There is only one planned now as they have decided to use the land for more apartments.  There is a commercial centre which I would guess will house restaurants and bars.  When I was there in December they were unsure what would reside in the commercial centre but it is meant to be eateries, shops, supermarket etc.
