moving to spain

We bought a place back in Aug 2006 (2 days after LTDLT) properties were released. We were informed 'The Penthouses design' on phase 5 would be complete by Dec. 08. Reading other people's notes, it now appears that phase V (or 5) is now phase 2. Is this correct? If so, I have read that this will now be completed by the middle of 09. Is this correct? If so, when was it started and when is 18 months from the start date? I hope there is someone out there who can help. Thanks for the maps and pictures it is great to know having spent 16 months at 40% of the value of the property that we must now own a lot of hot air! We are thinking of going out in the summer - can anyone recommend a good PW place to stay? Possibly on La Torre!!  Thanks.

Yes everything you have said is right as far as i know phase 1 is under construction at the moment with completion jan09 the penthouses are now phase 2 and are the next to be built so comp mid 09 seems about right. Polaris seem a bit slow with the 18 mth certs as i dont think anyone has had i yet not even for phase1.We have only just changed to phase1 so havent recieved any paperwork yet. If you are going in the summer and want to use a pool from experience i would get a ground floor apt as you get good access to the pool without going up and down stairs we had a good week there last year.

As I posted on the board a week ago, we got our start build certificate last week dated 24 Decvember.  We on phase 1 block 17.
