Good news (I hope!).  What completion date have you been given?  We are in Spain 16th-23rd Feb so perhaps there's still hope of us completing.

 

 

Please be carefull and make sure as it is difficult to tell if the supplies are builders supply or if they are contracted services as there seems to be a number of people onite with builders supply

One sign may be that you should have a switched fuse in the box on the left hand side in its own space

Remember that connections cannot legally be made until after you complet

CAN NOT REMEMBER IF I CHECKED IF YOUR ELECTRIC METER WAS ON FOR YOU.. BUT IF YOU WOULD LIKE I CAN TAKE A LOOK AGAIN...BUT THE WATER SUPPLY IS STILL ON BUILDERS AS I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY WATER METERS AROUND... SO WOULD THAT MEAN THAT THERE IS NO HABITACION CERT....

dont you just love all the negative waves coming out of your computers up at sg as regards hab certs if the electricity is builders supply on top of our 350 euros for elec and water we just had direct debit from elec board etc another 170euros for meter connetion you missed that one in your report about costs etc so does them takeing bills out make it any more likley we are legal unless with all the conspiracy theorys masa ar helping themselves and saying its the elec company i await your imput with baited breath LOL

After reading the comments about electricity payments I went online to my bank and checked who had taken the 171.82 euros. It WAS Iberdola Electrica. We may not have the final habitation certificate but at least we know MASA are not taking more money than they are entitled to. Davina
