HI BEEN READING YOUR COMMENTS ON THIS DEVELOPMENT GLAD I FOUND THIS SITE. I ALSO BOUGHT AN APARTMENT AT THIS SITE PAID WAT I NEEDE TO PAY IN MAY 2007 AND HAVNT HEARD A THING SINCE IM VERY WORRIED AS IT WAS ALL MY SAVINGS I PUT INTO IT FOR SOMEWERE FOR MY 2 KIDS AGED 4 AND 5 TO GO. THEN THE AGENT FROM BELFAST WHO I WAS WAS DEALING WITH UNFORTUNATELY PASSED AWAY SO IM AT MY WITS END PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WAT TO DO NEXT AS I HAVE NO CONTACT NUMBERS OR ADDRESSES THE ONLY THING I KNOW IS THAT IT WAS MEI I WAS DEALING WITH IS THIS DEVELOPMENT GOING TO HAPPEN? AND WHEN DO I NEED TO GET A  SOLICITOR AND MORTGAGE IN PLACE WOULD BE REALLY GRATEFULL IF SOMEONE COULD PUT ME ON THE RIGHT TRACK.

Hmmmmmmm smell a rat here!!!  you should have had a solicitor well before now if you have signed your contract and if the facts you state are true, you should also have documentation and contact numbers, it is impossible not to!!!
