Wondering how many people bought "front line golf" for the benefit of the view over the golf course down to the coast. A lot of these apartments have either another development in front of them (blocks 8,9,10) or large mounds of rock and earth  (blocks 1 -4) where "the hotel is supposed to go" but no hotel chain will currently sign up for it.

Interested  also to hear how long other buyers have been contracted and if they have had any feedback or updates from their sales agents and / or the developer.

I have bought front line golf in Block 3. there is a hill in front which I was assured would be moved!!! (apparently it is easy to do and an area was allocated for the soil).

This of course has not happened.

The orientation of block 3 is left hand back a bit which gives views to those with apartments on the right hand side (looking out) as long as you have an apartment on the 2nd floor and above, otherwise you have a view of the back of block 4.

I have been given no info from the developers on a date for completion or occupation but I have an agent who tries his best to keep me informed. However he is not being told much either.

I signed up in March 2003 and of course in those days promises of 20% capital appreciation were being promised.........I am not quite sure why that did not happen.

I understand there are a lot of apartments for sale at the developers original price.

I have faith though, that this is a quality dvelopment and will see price increase in the future and offer an opportunity for rental income.

Have you contacted any rental agengy, would it be wise for a group of owners to set up their own rental agency / web site??

I am ground floor block 3 and would be interested in a syndicate web and rental site if one is set up.

Hi I have two apartments in Block 3.Bought through IPS in 2004, All the promises we were given at the time have not happened. Everyone in the system apart from our solicitors ELS have now vanished. We were told hill in front of the block would be taken down. How can the developers sell these as front line golf. Steve Gilbert property-spain.com has a great site with up todate photos.He will also give it to you straight. The  hotel is not being developed now so the land we are to believe is available for anyone to build on. We are told the developers will not help anyone market propertys as he has over 40 to sell himself. Occupation lic can take up to 4 months. In a nutshell a complete mess. Hendrix

Hi to all my potential neighbours in Bloc 3.

Now a question to all of you who bought in bloc 6 and up. How is your licence od occupation application going and has anybody been approached regarding management options and management charges?????

Hi to all Block 6 owners - I visited the site on the 12th December - good progress block will be finished in June/July 2007 - the developer has 5 apartments for sale in this block ranging from €307k to €320k
