hi all just want to pick your brains..... after paying your reservation fee approx 3000 euros, when is the rest of the 10% payment due? in Peninsulas pricelist it states "within 30 days" can this be right? would the payment only be due once the Building permits are in place and the bank guarantees and Insurance etc? if it was requested would you pay? as Medina Golf is the fourth development does anyone know wether permission has been granted yet? like to hear your thoughts

               Regarding your questions about the payment terms I employed a solicitor to handle  my affairs and they make sure all the guarantees permits ect are all in place.Take no notice of the 30 days i didnt pay my deposit untill I and my my solicitor was happy with the contract( which they send you )this was around 60 days they dont push you.Just make sure you have a solicitor from the start even before you put your deposit down.Ive no complaints

I have also just paid my initial 3200 Euro reservation fee.  As the next 10% is due in 30 days and christmas is during that period I will contact peninsula direct and confirm the latest this payment is acceptable.  The lawyer I have appointed in Spain has sent me a print out detailing all the costs which I would also like confirmed before going further.
