My property is complete but I'm being held up for the Notary completion because my mortgage provider won't release the capital until the habitacion licence is in place.
My solicitor has informed me that the builder applied to the town hall for the licence on the 24th January?
Has anyone got any thoughts on this subject and how long does this licence normally take to come through?
What annoys me is that there's a few people moved in already and they are on builders water and electric as I will be until the complex is complete in 2 or 3 years time.
What difference does this licence make anyway? Just want to get on with my new life in Spain as soon as possible!!
