Has anyone bought on this new development

I have confirmation that the land owner has signed contracts with the developer, apparently all planning is in place and marketing will start very soon, I believe phase 1 x 30 detached villas with pools will be heavily discounted to get sales off to a good start in these difficult times.

I've just taken a look at this project and having viewed dozens over the last 18 months, this for me ranks very highly. If you want to view the development simply google casa alta country club (I can't include the link as 10 posts are required prior to attaching a link). 

It is well laid out and clear and it also appears very competitively priced for the area. Financing also looks very good given the current banking position in Spain. The market as we all know has been very poor for some time but recently there has been some well found optimism regarding an upturn.

The only way to sell at the moment is with a quality product at a good price, this project appears to fit the bill.
