Building Complete

Just to let you all know that I have viewed the property this week as I was told it was complete.

I suggest that you all go and view first  and do your snagging before completing.

Well someone needed their eyes testing when they selected the external (brown) colour.

Internally, good standard BUT .....

You really do need to visit and snag the premises.

Communal areas were also not complete including the swimming pool.

I know what you mean about the colour!!!!!!!

We reported the pool not finished  & were advised it would not be finished until June/July.

Inside our property we snagged & didnt have many complaints.

No not yet.  Waiting on them to address all the issues on the snag list.

Including broken window, missing control panel for air con, missing dishwasher.  Loads of paint splashes, marks and chips, etc.

Yes we completed couple of weeks ago only had very minor snags.

We are going out 23 April to stay for first time so fingers crossed all ok. Its been a long time coming. Didnt think we would ever see this day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
