I would be interested  to know  has  anyone  actually  got  as far as taking  Huma to  Court,  or have they  alway  paid  up  before the  court date.    We  are anticipating Court  if  our  money  is  not  refunded soon and  would  be grateful  if  anyone  can  advise on this and  any  idea of what  costs  we can  expect.  Thanks

I think Andersons should have started court proceedings now after Huma promised  to return our money in November .We were willing to settle amicably but they kept saying it was with the next lot to be payed out ,now we have taken all we can from them and their lies . We have paid out 2000 Euro so far but i dont no the full amount because we are now taking them to court. and i dont no if it does make any difference we have never been given a B/G only a letter saying our money is safe.I think Huma are waiting to see how many people will take one of their 3 choices, oh how kind of them, and they put it as though their doing us a favour ,i even turned the page looking opption 4  (A FULL REFUND AND SORRY FOR ALL THE STRESS AND WORRY WE HAVE PUT YOU THROUGH).still all I can do is hope.If anything happens with the courts I will let you no Chandon good luck.

Thanks for  reply.   Like  you Huma  have  verbally  told  our  solicitor they  will  refund  us  in  full,  but  are now  being  difficult.  We  are going  to  instruct  our  solicitor  to  take  them  to  court.   I will  keep  in  touch.

 What is VERY worrying is the number of people having difficulty getting refunds, almost everyone, and taking  the court action route. (Quite rightly so)

But how many court appearances can a company have placed on them. Will they turn up each time for the hearing ?

Don't think so.......... there is something suspicious about all of this..... 

This is an appalling way for a (any) company to conduct business and in the UK trading standards would be on the case.
