Saw mine about this time last year when I scaled the fence one weekend (it's ok mine's a ground floor one so no shinning up drainpipes). Needless to say, it was a bit of a mess. Not much help really.
I don't think many developers include items like light fittings. Unlike in the UK, you basically get the shell and often white goods (but you need to check the specification). Don't expect any bathroom fittings save for the white goods either.
I can't imagine any bank would be interested until the license has been issued because until then, there would be no asset for them to repossess if needs be.
I heard that some of the attics had been sold but not all. I think Arenal continued to sell these even while there was some doubt as to the legality of the buidlings height (they snuck an extra floor on top of what the planning permission was for - the rep we bought from openly admitted that they had not got planning for it but that it was usual practise to seek retrospective permission!)
Latest we hear (Monday 20th) was that the local Unicaja bank manager (Paco) was gearing up for completion in 3 weeks. Do you own research but I know Paco so tend to believe this and more importantly, he knows everyone
