Yep, standard email coming back from the BBC, this should be expected, but not accepted!!
There will come a point whereby they / someone will have to consider something more than just an acknowledgement due to the numbers of individuals who have put 'thoughts to email' and have SENT one to them.....make sure you do!!

I emailed my contact with the BBC and had an instant reply ... not great but this is it ...
I'm sorry to hear you are still having problems with Almanzora Country Club. I wish I could have helped.
I am no longer working on Watchdog but I'll pass on your email to my producer. I can't guarantee this will be followed up as the series is coming to an end but hopefully someone will get back to you.

You are right. I have Tom's email as he seems to be our next contact. I did mention this to Sarah but she has made no reference to Tom - I did ask her what his job was and did he reply to emails (a bit cheeky I know, but if he is representing the BBC I should be allowed to ask the question).

I dont think it was cheeky of you asking - we pay their salaries after all. I just think bombarding Tom or Sarah with emails from EOS/ACC members has to be done. Eventually, someone will get interested (or fed up) with the emails and take it further, hopefully.
