getting rid of wasp's nest

Hi all

im a new member so good to see this site is available - anyone got any news re Penthouses, ive got one front facing lake and clubhouse but had no news re phase or timing, anyone enlighten me - also those knowledgeable out there, when phase is completed can you move in right away, will couse and town centre be constructed.

any help advise welcome

What phase are you in? (either original or new, as they seem to change).

I bought a penthouse in Phase V which seems to have become the 2nd phase to be built. I've had verbal assurance that build is underway, due Summer next year, but as expected, I can't get anyting in writing.

Hi Dave

I too am buying on old Phase V now Phase 2.  I had a telephone call from Polaris today confirming that work has NOT started on this phase.  They will not give a start date other than in the next few months.  They also confirmed that this phase would not be ready until earliest end of 2009.
