Hi Joe1 (WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN) firstly the owners web site is the one I've been going on about for

 weeks where you will find no negative comments as its buyers only, you have to send a copy of your

front page of your contract to join, secondly the base photo I have posted is of the base I personally

took photographs of in Feb before the concrete was poured which if you had looked would have

seen on previous threads, under the heading actual building work.Can I just ask again is anyone going

over soon, I,m sure were all desperate for some more photos, and though the web cam is good, you

 cant really see much on it, other than they are digging large holes.

Trampolin hills resort with names and plot numbers and type of property

to show where every one will be on the development, so far my next door

 neighbours are Spanish the nearest to me on here is plot 48 and I'm  on

plot 51.So my question to anyone reading this who has bought on TH is,

 is there anyone out there who is nearer to me than that ? may be

it could be your 1st post on here to confirm you are my closest neighbour.

I will be going over a week tomorrow to hopefully have a chat to our solicitor, maybe Marta at the office as well and to check on progress (am hoping to see lots)

and my camera batteries are fully charged.

Have checked my contract and I am plot 46 on phase 2.

Hi one and all, me again, I've just got back from TH yesterday after an exhausting tour around the area and a "Pick and Choose" session! I'm delighted to report that they all seem very upbeat about their recent successes in terms of the political problems in obtaining the various licences and everyone keeps telling me that they are "about to start". However, apart from a number of dirty great wholes in the ground , where I assume the apartment block underground garages will go, there really isn't very much else to see. We visited the site on Saturday just gone and all was quiet. Yesterday I went to visit the Head office and was told by Jane that "building will now commence within a few days" It's difficult to understand their excitment, they seem to be in celebratory mood because they can now go ahead but we've taken the "leap of faith" more than a couple of years ago, paid over the deposits and were told that building would start in September 2006, "so pardon me if I don't join in your fun, just do what you said you where going to do!"  So I'm told: " Yes, we understand you've been very patient" !!

So frustrations aside, I have now been told, phase 1, 8-10 months to complete, and Phase 2, which is me, a penthouse in 09c 20 months to complete. I can't think why I was needed to get over there to choose tiles etc if it's so far off, but hey ho! Any excuse for a dirty weekend away. I'll go thru' the photos and try to find something different from what else is  on there, which isn't going to be easy, so don't hold your breathe.

Thanks for the update.  I spoke to Jane last week and she said to me that works was starting as she was speaking to me.  It's good that you have actually gone and visited and furnished us with the truth.  It really is proving hard to stay positive but try I will.   I totally agree with you about the rushing to get out there and do the "pick 'n' choose" thing.  I just get fed up being treated like a mushroom!

Nice to see a few of you have posted some photos, and thanks to those who have posted to say

they are going over, hope to see some photos from them too when they return, I know have 32

of you on my list of who and where on TH if your a regular poster I have your plot number and

type of property, can I just ask if you are posting soon to mention your details as I am going to

 produce a plan showing where we all are on the 1st 3 phases,If your one of those who have not

posted at all yet, bite the bullet and introduce yourselves. Anyone notice the web cam writing altered

yesterday and the web cam is not working today ? Now remember when I wrote about all the

 problems others were having on other developments I dont think I mentioned the name of the

developer but did say they were a big company, well without saying their name they are having

a lot of bad publicity at the moment,though I did not see the actual tv programme last night

 myself, I have the jist of it from the people who have bought on their development and have

posted their concerns on their forum.I nearly bought on a couple of their devlopments but did

 not like how their houses turned up on the back of a lorry. Plus the plot sizes of some of them

 bought the word postage stamp to mind, Anyway for better or worse Trampolin is where I chose

 and I'm still pleased with that choice at the moment. Lets have a few more posts out of you, I've

booked to go over last week in June & 1st week in July so till then will be relying on others for

updates & photos.

Hello everyone,

The last post i did was a long time ago ( and it was a positive one! ) .  Anyway, after reading  and pondering ,  all the messages by everyone, i am in no doubt were on to a winner.

I am going over next week to speak to my solicitor, and also Martha and hopefully the legal team in Trampolin Hills just to finalise whether the final licence has been approved and WHEN the build actually starts.

I shall take plenty of pics and post them for one and all to see, and hopefully post some brilliant news of when we can move in!!!

By the way , were on plot  30 , phase 2.

Can anyone explain to me how the appartments are worked out on the plan ?

 does pilotaje mean block as it has a number next to it so pilotaje 1 is block 1

etc also there are some that are zapatas also 1 has a cross through it and some

 say no se saba aun, so thats as clear as mud to me but may be very clear to

 those who have bought an appartment

Corrupt developers in Spain

This was going to be my title for a new thread but I've just tagged it on to this one instead,

as we've all read over the last month or so were all about to lose or money because of the

developer we have chosen, and as I'll say for the 1000 anth time I follow forums from

other developments too, and now its their turn to enjoy the turmoil we have become so used

to, the two main developers are a name that rhymes with CASA and a bloke we see on the

adverts all the time with the slogan MAY BE TOMORROW  BETTER TODAY

the buyes on these developments are as concerned as we were when all the crap about TH

was going on, they have posted a link to a site that gives them a bit of imformation about

the current procedings which I will post for you below to look at, the reason I write this thread is

to remind you all, that basically there seems to be no good or bad developers there all the same,

the position were in today is one many have already been in, which I have learnt from reading

 many other sites, so anyway have a quick look at the latest developer to be close to being

Hi All/

some good pictures taken today have been posted on www.trampolingolfresort.com and show some progress from our last visit in November but looks like until the final approvals are obtained there will be no actual building work.

Will be visiting TH towards the end of April and will post update/photgraphs then.
