Hello Everyone,
we were out there over easter, and I got up on the Wednesday morning to see flags on the 9th and 18th greens and a four ball actually played the holes! (For some reason Jane was not impressed when I woke her up to tell that the flags were on the greens!)
With regard to the temporary town centre buildings they are well underway, see Eye on Spain photos for the 29th March, number 1 photo is the supermarket with Trolleys outside!!! The second photo shows clearance work inside the compound around the Hacienda, and there was also a digger in there too, ah well only 12 months to go!
When we were complaining about having no gas we went to the central Customer Services, and they did confirm that they were aiming to get the Tennis and Multi sports courts, along with the swimming pools, ready for the summer. Although he did say that just because it was hot didn't mean that it was already summer, but certainly there is alot of activity going on where the tennis courts etc. are going to be, and most of the pools have been cleaned out.
