We are in village now till sat 3/5. We have just been to show house and the quality is 1st class. This place just gets better every time we come(3rd time here) If any one is thinking of pulling out think again! If you can hang on in there, it is a fantastic development in a prime location. When you look at the other sites out of town , CDP is as central as you can be. There is a new dual carriageway being built up to pulpi and main rd, running to the west side of the site. Stick with it!

Am I sick or what, stuck in the middle of the north sea on some god forsaken oil platform whilst you two are on a jolly. Any news on when the site as a whole will be finished, we keep hearing people say when there property will be complete if you get a chance ( in between the san miguel moments) ask for a finish date for the whole site. Dont forget loads of photos and I dont mean of you and Ann on the beach.

PS your house is only trashed a teeny weeny bit !!!!!!!!!

We are back now after a great visit to SJ. Weather was wall 2 wall sushine, and now back to wall 2 wall rain  !

Did not ask for a finish date for the whole site,Mick,  but, to me, this time next year should see it complete, ish!. As there is the landscaping to do as well. Have taken a few photos and will upload soon.

Glad you had good weather.

Wondered if you could advise us if the 2 bed showhouse at the front ready?

When we were out in March, they expected it to be ready beginning of April but no news on the forum to suggest this has happened.

We have uploaded photos we took last week. Included in the photos are views from the show house roof terrace, and of the terrace itself.

The houses painted white and that look finished may be the show houses on the front. Nothing was said to us about these, although we did not ask. We went to show house, but it was at the rear of the site.
