looking for help

We are finally going out to Spain tomorrow, free inspection trip with Polaris, we have been waiting for our apartment for 2 years, originally on Alhama and then TDLT (PW have our very large deposit). 

We were verbally offered something on LT and Hacienda.  We have now been told there is nothing on LT, it will be interesting what they are going to offer us and what discount, I would be expecting a very large discount, if we still want to continue with this. 

Buying with Polarisworld has really put us off buying in Spain. 

We are using this free inspection trip to meet with our solicitors, who were recommended by Parador Properties, they are Aldea Asesores, S.L.  So far they have not been too good but we will see what they have to say when we meet on Monday. 

We will try and get some photos of the sites we visit and I will post them here for you all to see.  I know some of you are pulling out but for those of you still continuing it might be nice to see what is going on.

I hope we have success this weekend.  Even if we decide to pull out.

I am buying a penthouse on Phase V (now Phase II), latest update was that it would be mid-2009. It would be great to see pictures of how TDLT is getting on.

We used Danil Services Sols (as recommended by Parador), I can't say that I've been impressed as they have failed to push Polaris very hard.

If you go to polarisworldart.com and click on "Construction Progress" and then the "Las Terrazas" tab there are many photos to be seen. I must say from some of the pictures Polaris have made remarkable progress since October 2007.

Thanks Billywhiz, yeah I found them when surfing yesterday. Why can't Polaris World provide something similar

They used to a couple of years back, "La Torre construction progress" springs to mind but sadly no more.

We have to wait for owners going over and taking snaps before we can get any idea of how the building work is coming on.
