This is not about the company going bust i dont beleive that to be the case, this is about contract being broken well after the date given within a contract ie our house was due to be finished LAST JUNE, therefore whether i have a grauantee or not , the spanish law says i am entitled to ALL MONIES PAID plus 6 per cent interest. Thats all I know

Hi all,
I have just had a reply from my Solicitor in spain, and she says that there is no legal document that proves that Grupo Tramplina is in bankcrupcy. Normally if a company goes into receivership this is made public straight away and as I said nothing has been published.
she also spoke to TH yesterday and they say that regarding the progress of getting the final planning permision for Campos del Rio and what they say is that they are still waiting for the Town Hall (they hope to get it in the next 6 months).
at least it makes a change from ``starting work in 2 weeks``

I think its amazing that you all don’t realize that most of the people on here are lawyer that are trying to make Money out of us! Maybe we should all just relax and think that if it was true that Trampolin was going bankrupt they would not have the builders on site. I think we should inform ourselves before we all jump the gun. This morning I will be phoning Trampolin hills to see what they have to say even though im tired of the word “mañana”! I will keep you informed.

Hi Tricia,
Most of us on here are buyers, there is probably the odd one that isnt. At the end of the day, GT have not built the development that they promised at TH! It is only normal to have doubts and to consult a lawyer for advice!!

This is not about bankcrupcy this is about breach of contracts, anyone on phase 1 is probably outside their contract date now, and they are entitled to compensation once the date goes beyond six months. Some people cant afford to wait any longer either finacially or emotionally , lets have respect for those people and help everybody, we are all in this together, unless you are on the campos del rio council

This is exactly the point!!! BUT Trampolin Hills obviously don't beleive this and frankly, think they are a law unto themselves. We have been trying to contact a certain sales person at their HQ today, but surprise surprise the phone has been busy and then she had clients!!! Still as we are only 30 minutes drive they cannot escape us for long!!!! We live here, and as I said, only 30 minutes drive, and we are now hearing many rumours !!! No point in talking to Pilar Cano, for a Lawyer???, she doesn't seem to be able to speak the truth!!! I This message was last edited by Clavel on 5/15/2008.

I am writing particularly in response to Andy's (Wild) thread which has started this "exvhange" ... I know Andy personally and virtually everything he has said is 80% correct. Sadly certain details are in fact INCORRECT. I believe that his plot together with those of two mutual friends were annexed to Phase 1 which is to the right hand side of the main road going through the development. Phase 2 I understand to be everything to THE LEFT of the road including the three blocks of Apartments, the "Great Wall of Murcia" and the two or three villas below that (one of which is mine). Everything in Phase 2 is mortgaged to CAM Bank and herein lies the problem and I understand that in all cases the developers have drawnn down against those Mortgages more than the actually property has been sold for (eg: My villa valued at €396K, mortgaged (I THINK!) for €300K and sold to me for €285K. The amount borrowed by Trampolin may be incorrect but the principle most certainly is not. The net result / impact upon Trampolin of this fact is that far from having the +-€11 million suggested by Andy they will actually OWE MONEY! A great deal of information passed about is based upon heresay and what the "two R's or Antonio" have said. What I AM STATING is exactly what CAM Bank have said to me. I leave it for you to decide ... oh yes, and of course, this ignores the fact that they do not have licences and the fact that the three apartments together with the "Great Wall" have all been constructed outside of the approved pla and MAY have to come down .... TOGETHER WITH MY VILLA!
For those in Phase 3 I understand that CAM Bank are NOT involved ... planning IS approved and so YOU ARE THE LUCKY ONES.
Everything else I agree with ... Andy is a good guy and living "on site" does have his ear to the ground but BWARE ... he keeps and enormous dog and a "Bird of Prey" which would carry an adult away if angered!!!!!!
